LEVY MASHELE
Levy MasheIe has 28 years diverse experience working on various projects within mining sector, including being the HRD Manager at Anglo American Platinum, Mogalakwena Complex (the biggest open pit platinum mine in the world), Electrical Training Officer at De Beers Engineering Training Centre and Electrician at De Beers Venetia mine (the biggest open pit diamond mine in South Africa). His initiatives benefitted the Mokopane, Mapela, Musina, Cullinan, Lime Acres, Koffifontein, Springbok and Kimberley communities. He believe that he can still contribute his efficiency and organising skills to benefit South Africa and the Global World.
He is excited at the prospect of working within an organisation that offers stability and challenges in a dynamic environment and to work within an organisation that strives to achieve its mission and objectives – an organisation that has a vision and inculcates in its staff a culture of professionalism in serving the general public and customers. He has vast experience in Strategic Planning, Project Management, Human Resources, Labour Relations, Human Resources Development, Financial Management, Conflict Management and Problem Solving. He is a highly systematic, logical thinker and analyst.
